The Role
- Lead hiring strategy for a specific tech business area, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and organizational design.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering an environment for high performance and career growth.
- Remain hands-on with recruitment, personally managing a requisition load and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.
- Drive improvements in hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience by leveraging data, market insights, and feedback.
- Act as a market expert, proactively sourcing talent and sharing insights to shape effective hiring strategies in competitive markets.
- Contribute to the growth and best practices of the broader tech hiring team.

What You'll Need
- Significant in-house recruitment experience within tech functions (e.g., Product, Engineering).
- Proven experience managing or coaching recruiters and a passion for developing others.
- Enthusiasm for a player-coach role combining people leadership with hands-on recruitment.
- Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, including executives.
- Experience recruiting across a range of levels, from mid-level to senior leadership.
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of attracting passive talent.
- Proficiency in using data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and processes.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and creating outstanding candidate experiences.
