A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the people team of a successful and growing business. In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an optimal candidate journey throughout. You will work with key stakeholders to build a strong employer brand and a talent pipeline that meets the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head of People to create and execute a talent attraction strategy
- Leading the early careers talent attraction, building relationships with academic establishments
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to advise on appropriate attraction methods
- Sourcing of candidates for vacancies, acting as an ambassador for the company
- Working closely with marketing to build the employer brand
- Liaising with recruitment agencies where necessary
- Owning the candidate experience
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters
- Ensuring fairness and inclusion are executed throughout the recruitment process
- Using the ATS system throughout the recruitment process
- Representing the company at recruitment related events
- Co-ordination of assessment days
