Established in 2003 and headquartered in Chalk Farm, London, the business works with clients ranging from founder-led start-ups to private equity-backed companies and established global brands.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

You will work across multiple assignments, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and support clients throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, culture and business objectives
  • Create detailed job descriptions and candidate specifications
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals
  • Conduct initial and in-depth candidate interviews
  • Prepare shortlists and detailed candidate profiles
  • Manage assignments from the initial brief through to offer acceptance
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
  • Support offer negotiations and candidate onboarding
  • Provide clients with market insights and recruitment advice
  • Build a strong network of industry professionals
  • Maintain accurate records using an applicant tracking system
  • Produce reports on recruitment activity and hiring progress

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience within a retail or head office-based role would be beneficial
  • A genuine interest in fashion, beauty and direct-to-consumer industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation, negotiation and influencing abilities
  • A results-focused and commercially aware approach
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
