Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager 📍 Oldbury, Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment? Do you enjoy leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and using data to drive hiring performance? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're partnering with a well-known national provider of roadside assistance, vehicle repair, insurance and driving services to appoint a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager. The Opportunity

Leading a small team of recruiters and coordinators, you'll take ownership of recruitment delivery, ensuring the business attracts and hires the right people, in the right locations, at the right time. You'll combine operational excellence, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

This is a highly visible position where you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, supporting workforce planning and helping shape recruitment strategies for some of the organisation's most business-critical functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
