The Role
ADS Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across ADS and Farnborough International. This is a key role within the People team, responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality talent that supports our current and future business needs.
The Candidate
We are looking for a recruitment professional with significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels, ideally within an in-house environment. You will have a strong understanding of recruitment and selection best practice and be confident advising, influencing, and constructively challenging hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Experienced in sourcing and attracting talent through a range of channels
- Track record of developing effective recruitment tools, assessment methods, and manager guidance
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems and data, using insight to identify trends, improve performance, and support business decision-making
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping the organisation attract and retain exceptional people

The Contract
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time role
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
