Series A Fintech - High Growth

Talent Acquisition Manager

Build TA from the Ground Up

Build the talent engine behind a fast-growing fintech. We’re a Series A fintech start-up entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build the talent engine that will help us attract and hire exceptional people at pace. This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our Talent Acquisition strategy, establish scalable processes, develop our employer brand and create an outstanding candidate experience — while personally leading critical hires across the business.

If you’re a strategic, hands-on recruiter who loves building things from zero to one, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own and build our recruitment function as we scale. You’ll work closely with our founders, leadership team and hiring managers to understand our talent needs, develop effective hiring strategies and build the pipelines we need for continued growth. With approximately 10–20 hires expected each quarter, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — managing searches yourself while creating the foundations for a scalable TA function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit an established recruitment model. You’ll build it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement our TA strategy, processes and operating model from the ground up.
  • Establish scalable recruitment workflows, systems, tools and reporting.
  • Build a talent acquisition roadmap aligned to our growth plans.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines across key business and technical functions.
  • Introduce data and metrics to measure hiring performance, quality and efficiency.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Love building things from zero to one.
  • Move quickly without compromising on quality.
  • Are equally comfortable discussing talent strategy with a founder and personally sourcing a hard-to-find candidate.
  • See recruitment as a strategic business function, not simply a process.
  • Are naturally curious about fintech, technology and the future of financial services.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and enjoy solving problems creatively.
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and employer reputation.
  • Want the opportunity to shape a TA function, team and culture as the business scales.
