The Role
- Own high-volume hiring end-to-end for the Operations function, including roles in Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations.
- Manage a small team of Talent Partners supporting Operations hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to build and maintain strong, consistent talent pipelines.
- Adapt recruitment processes to navigate a fast-paced, scaling environment with shifting priorities.
- Leverage technology, including AI and automation, to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify untapped talent pools.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in line managing a small team of Talent Partners while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
- Prior experience in hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- A data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to improve hiring processes and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Experience integrating AI into daily recruitment workflows.
- Experience working in fast-paced, scale-up organizations and adapting to evolving needs.
