The opportunity
A distinctive luxury brand is seeking a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to shape how exceptional people are identified, engaged and welcomed into the business. This is a hands-on role for an accomplished recruiter who combines proactive search capability with excellent judgement, polished communication and a genuine understanding of premium brand environments.
Working closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and the wider People team, you will manage priority appointments from initial workforce planning through to offer and onboarding. You will also build forward-looking talent communities, strengthen recruitment processes and ensure every candidate interaction reflects the brand's standards.
What you will deliver
- Own recruitment campaigns from role scoping and search strategy through to selection, offer management and pre-boarding.
- Advise leaders on market conditions, candidate availability, role positioning, assessment methods and hiring decisions.
- Create targeted sourcing plans for specialist and business-critical hires, using direct search, professional networks, referrals and selected external partners.
- Develop engaged pipelines for recurring and future requirements, reducing reliance on reactive recruitment.
- Deliver an attentive, inclusive and well-organised candidate journey, with clear communication at every stage.
- Produce compelling and brand-appropriate vacancy content across LinkedIn, relevant platforms and specialist communities.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback efficiently, maintaining momentum while supporting a thoughtful selection process.
- Partner with People and Learning teams to support smooth onboarding and an excellent transition into the business.

Recruitment excellence and insight
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and HR systems, ensuring documentation, approvals and candidate data are complete and current.
- Track meaningful recruitment measures, identify patterns and translate data into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
- Review and improve recruitment workflows, templates, tools and communications to create a more effective and consistent hiring approach.
- Support fair and compliant recruitment practices, including right-to-work checks, immigration considerations, IR35 and equality, diversity and inclusion requirements.
- Represent the employer brand externally through a credible and active professional presence, including thoughtful candidate engagement on LinkedIn.
What you will bring
- Approximately three to five years of experience in talent acquisition, in-house recruitment, agency recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, with evidence of successfully engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
- Experience within a luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or similarly brand-led customer environment.
- Confidence partnering with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders, and the judgement to challenge constructively when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside a discreet, considered and highly professional approach.
- The organisation and resilience to manage several live searches, shifting priorities and demanding deadlines without compromising detail.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment-related employment legislation and inclusive hiring principles.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS and an interest in using data to improve hiring outcomes.
