Talent Acquisition Manager
Maternity Leave Contract
Leading Global Consumer Goods / Retail Group - West London
The Opportunity
Our client is a leading global FMCG / Retail group. For a Maternity leave contract we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in the West London HQ (Hybrid - 3 days).
Please note this role is not to be a hands on recruiter but more project management, leading global TA strategy, initiatives, process enhancements, employer branding...
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global talent acquisition and employer branding teams
- Project management of the whole TA ecosystem reporting to the global head
- Continuous improvements of systems, processes and ATS including updates and implementations to support the global teams
- Key player in developing global talent attraction strategies working with HR and the business units
- Oversee all employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to ensure a world class reputation and make sure the group continues as a global employer of choice
- Develop and manage TA frameworks and guidelines covering; process, interviews, feedback, business cases, offers...
- Identify internal sourcing strategies - referral programs, succession, internal opportunities, mobility etc
- Work closely with select external recruitment agencies and partners
- Manage TA reporting and subsequent dashboards, recommendations, global TA trends etc

Candidate Profile
- Educated to Bachelors in Business, HR, Psychology or similar - MBA / Masters an advantage
- Strong TA professional and manager with at least 8-10 years experience in global environments
- At least 3-4 years experience in a project management and leadership roles rather than hands on recruiting
- Able to oversee and manage the whole TA ecosystem including attraction, brand, process, ATS, candidate experience and reporting
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills and experience both internal and external
- Very strong IT skills including MS office, ATS (SuccessFactors), analytics and new recruitment technologies / AI
- Strong TA background combined with a pragmatic, solutions-focused and business aware approach
