Talent Acquisition Manager – Premium Hospitality Group

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 + Bonus

We are working with an established premium hospitality group looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of recruitment across their London portfolio.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of recruitment across a varied portfolio, ensuring the business has a strong and consistent approach to attracting and securing great hospitality talent.

  • Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you’ll understand both immediate hiring requirements and longer-term workforce plans, building recruitment strategies around the needs of the business.
  • You’ll oversee the full recruitment journey, from attraction and direct sourcing through to selection, offer and onboarding, while making sure systems and processes are working effectively.
  • There will be a real focus on proactive talent pipelining, building external networks and developing relationships across the hospitality market rather than simply reacting when vacancies arise.
  • You’ll also look at how the business attracts talent more broadly, including recruitment events, employer brand, candidate experience and external partnerships.
  • Alongside the strategic piece, this needs someone who is comfortable getting stuck in. It’s a fast-moving hospitality environment and you’ll need to be visible, accessible and genuinely connected to the operational teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
