Job title – Talent Acquisition Manager
Location – Uxbridge
Salary – up to £65,000 depending on experience
Perm/Full-time
ENB are supporting a client who is growing their internal recruitment team and wanting to recruit a talented Talent Acquisition Manager whose role it will be to influence hiring decisions, challenge thinking, uncover hard to find talent and help build a rapidly expanding recruitment department within a construction business who continue to grow across the UK and Europe.
You'll have the freedom to innovate, the backing to introduce new ideas and the opportunity to leave your mark on how recruitment is delivered.

Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Manager
- Manage end to end recruitment across operational, technical and corporate vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source talent through direct search, networking, referrals and targeted recruitment campaigns
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding
- Develop talent pipelines, reduce agency reliance and provide market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment analytics
- Support employer branding initiatives while continually improving recruitment processes and systems

What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Manager
- Recruitment experience gained within construction, engineering or another technical environment
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously within a fast-moving business
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and modern attraction strategies
