Talent Acquisition Manager

International Recruitment Business | Renewable Energy & Clean Technology
Location: Waterloo, London (2 days WFH)
Salary: £60,000+ DOE, plus bonus

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a rapidly growing, international recruitment business specialising in renewable energy, clean technology and the wider energy transition.

Established in 2010, the business has grown into a global recruitment specialist, supporting organisations across renewable energy, digital infrastructure and data centres, sustainability, energy storage, climate technology and energy finance.

With an established international presence and a recent investment providing additional backing for its next phase of growth, the business has ambitious hiring plans across its global offices. They are now looking for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional to play a key role in delivering that growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of internal recruitment across multiple international locations, partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to attract the talent needed to support the company's expansion.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and deliver recruitment across the business, working closely with consultants, managers and directors to identify, attract and secure talent across multiple international offices.

You will have responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and candidate attraction through to offer management and onboarding, while helping develop a scalable hiring strategy to support the company's growth plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end internal recruitment across multiple international offices.
  • Partnering with directors, hiring managers and consultants to understand hiring needs and deliver against recruitment plans.
  • Managing vacancies from graduate and trainee level through to senior consultants, principal consultants and director-level appointments.
  • Developing effective candidate attraction strategies across LinkedIn, direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels.
  • Building strong talent pipelines across the recruitment industry, particularly within renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, technology and other specialist markets.
  • Supporting international expansion by coordinating hiring activity across different offices, markets and time zones.
  • Advising hiring managers on market conditions, salary expectations, candidate availability and recruitment processes.
  • Improving recruitment processes, reporting, candidate experience and hiring efficiency as the business scales.
  • Building a strong employer brand to help attract high-quality recruitment professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
