About The Role

Instant Impact is a fast-growing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business and due to growth on an existing client partnership, we're looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager to take ownership of hiring across the US and Europe for one of our manufacturing clients.

This is a remote role based in the UK, but you'll work US East Coast hours (roughly 11am–8pm or 12pm–9pm UK time) to align with the client's core team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own full-spectrum hiring for a multi-market manufacturing group, covering high-volume, high-turnover hiring (seasonal warehouse pickers, packers and customer service teams), business support roles at all seniorities (Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, HR, Sales), and senior search (Head of and Director-level). You'll be working across Europe and the US East Coast, partnering closely with hiring managers and a European Centre of Excellence already in place to support the EMEA side.

Managing Service Delivery

  • Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: innovatively implement the TA strategy for new requisitions, ensuring a swift, effective, and engaging hiring process
  • Exceed Partnership Goals: consistently meet and surpass all partnership SLAs and objectives, setting new benchmarks for success
  • Oversee the Hiring Journey: manage all hiring activities by overseeing agreed volumes of roles with robust tech and Centre of Excellence support
  • Maintain Quality Standards: ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Partners and any support from the Centre of Excellence

Partnership Management

  • Create Amazing Experiences: provide a top-tier, memorable experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while continuously expanding our influence and impact with the partnership
  • Collaborate and Innovate: work with the Partnership Director to deliver cutting-edge insights and foresight to stakeholders through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence
  • Drive Improvement: offer fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes, supporting every step of the way in implementing these improvements
  • Grow through Value: identify opportunities where Instant Impact can add further value to the partnership, connecting client needs to the right expertise, tools, or solutions across our wider offering

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
