Talent Acquisition Manager

Hybrid Working | 3 Days per Week in the Office

We're partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. As part of their continued investment in people and talent, they're looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve the recruitment function.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping talent attraction initiatives, enhancing recruitment delivery, and ensuring the business attracts and retains high-calibre talent across a diverse range of functions.

The Opportunity

You will lead a small Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for developing and delivering a data-led recruitment strategy that supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing expert market insight, influencing hiring decisions, and driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, candidate experience, employer brand, and talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Use market intelligence and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive best practice across attraction, assessment and selection methodologies.
  • Manage external recruitment partners, suppliers and recruitment technology providers.
  • Oversee permanent, contract, temporary and early careers recruitment activity.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment activity remains compliant with relevant legislation and internal governance requirements.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and supplier spend effectively.
  • Produce and present meaningful recruitment metrics and insights to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
