Equilibrium Healthcare is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding across the organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on in-house recruitment role covering workforce planning, direct sourcing, candidate screening, recruitment performance and onboarding. You will work closely with senior leaders and service managers to recruit the people the organisation needs now and as it grows.

The role is not limited to support worker and nursing recruitment. You will recruit across the full organisation, including Registered Managers, senior leaders, corporate roles, psychologists, occupational therapists, doctors and other specialist or hard-to-fill appointments.

The Role

  • Lead recruitment across EHC services and departments.
  • Work with managers and senior leaders to identify current and future vacancies.
  • Develop targeted campaigns and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Source and approach candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and direct search.
  • Call and screen candidates to assess experience, motivation and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions and manage offers.
  • Manage vacancies through pre-employment checks, onboarding and confirmed start date.
  • Produce recruitment reports and use data to improve performance and candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment agencies, job-board suppliers and associated spend.
  • Support recruitment for new services and planned organisational growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
