Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech)
Contract: 6 Months
Hourly Rate: £22 per hour (Umbrella)
UK, Remote
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Our trusted partner, which operates within the Ed-Tech domain, employs over 10,000 individuals across 100 countries, and has a reach of 600 million users, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager who has a strong background in software engineering & product environment on a contract basis for 6 months (with possible extension). This organisation has received significant investment to embark on a multinational digital transformation program leveraging the latest agentic AI tools.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical, software engineering and managerial recruitment, who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Supporting recruitment activity connected to major change and transformation programmes.
- Sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms and multiple talent channels.
- Managing permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting recruitment.
- Partnering with hiring managers and People/HR colleagues to provide effective recruitment advice.
- Supporting selection and assessment processes.
- Using recruitment data, market insight and hiring metrics to inform decision-making.
You’ll be recruiting across a range of specialist technical and digital positions, which may include roles such as:
- Software Engineers / Software Developers
- Senior Software Engineers
- DevOps / Cloud Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Data Scientists / Data Analysts
- Solutions / Technical Architects
- Cyber Security Specialists
- IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineers

About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
- Strong senior-level experience recruiting technical and software engineering professionals within an in-house environment.
- Experience working within a global or complex matrix organisation.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or another ATS.
- Experience working through ambiguity and improving recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting across permanent, temporary, freelance and contract positions.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
