We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager
We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial organisation in a newly created role focused on building exceptional talent networks and supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is not a traditional, vacancy-led recruitment role
You will take a proactive, relationship-led approach to talent, identifying impressive people before a vacancy exists, building long-term relationships and introducing them to the business when the opportunity and timing are right.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will develop a strong understanding of future growth plans and the talent required to support them. Alongside longer-term talent mapping and engagement, you will also take ownership of priority live hires when requirements arise.

- Proactively researching, identifying and approaching high-calibre talent for experienced hires at mid - senior level
- Building and maintaining a strong network of prospective future hires
- Developing relationships through calls, meetings, networking and events
- Creating talent maps and maintaining accurate CRM/ATS records
- Partnering closely with senior leaders to understand future hiring and capability requirements
- Providing market intelligence around talent movement, remuneration and competitor activity
- Managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Supporting employer brand initiatives alongside Marketing and People teams
About you
You will have experience within recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or talent engagement, with a strong track record of proactively identifying and engaging talent.

It is essential that you have experience working within a fast paced corporate environment, Finance, Business Services or Professional Services preferred.
You will be a natural relationship builder: commercially minded, curious and confident speaking with people at all levels. You’ll enjoy networking, creating opportunities from scratch and maintaining relationships over the longer term rather than simply recruiting against immediate vacancies.
- Strong experienced of working with an ATS/CRM system
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the search and relationship-building side of recruitment and wants to move into a strategic, in-house role where they can have a genuine impact on the future growth of an ambitious organisation.
