Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days in the office per week

Employment type: Full time – 12-month maternity cover

Salary: £27,000 per annum

About The Role

Are you a creative, digitally confident marketer looking for your next step? Or perhaps a recent graduate with some hands-on marketing experience and a real interest in employer branding and recruitment?

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join our busy and supportive Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a good understanding of marketing, is keen to learn, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in and take the initiative.

You’ll help us attract talented and passionate childcare professionals to join the Busy Bees family. From creating engaging social media content and recruitment campaigns to supporting careers events and developing our employer brand, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, so being organised, collaborative and confident communicating with different audiences is key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
