Job Title: Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Based: Hybrid with 1/2 days in the office per week

Employment type: Full time, maternity cover for 12 months

Salary: £27,000 per annum

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join our dynamic TA team. You will design and deliver engaging marketing campaigns that attract passionate childcare professionals to join the Busy Bees family.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create content, manage campaigns, and develop our employer brand ensuring Busy Bees stands out as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and our careers site
  • Create compelling content (graphics, videos, and copy) that showcases Busy Bees as an employer of choice
  • Support the development of our employer brand and employee advocacy initiatives
  • Optimise careers site content and monitor performance through analytics
  • Coordinate recruitment events, careers fairs, and internal communications
  • Maintain internal systems and help ensure recruitment processes run smoothly
  • Support the Head of TA with continuous improvement and any projects which drive positive change for the team
  • Manage the team communications via email and phone

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing, admin, or a recruitment/HR support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great copywriting and creative flair
  • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Canva, job boards, social media platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • A genuine passion for people, teamwork, and making a difference
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Utilise an adaptive communication style to deliver content to all audiences in the business
