Summary

£35,200 up to £44,000 per annum | 30 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme**

At Lidl, we’re not just growing we’re hiring with purpose. As a Talent Acquisition Officer for our Logistics teams, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced hiring engine, helping us find the right people to keep our warehouses running smoothly across the UK.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles
  • Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews
  • Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
  • Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
  • Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
  • Handle queries around contracts and documentation
  • Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
  • Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking

What you'll need

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors)
  • A passion for delivering a great candidate experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
