Location: Duke Street, Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid — minimum three days a week in the office), with travel around the branch network and occasional travel to Head Office in Maidenhead
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,500 per annum + benefits

The Opportunity
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience for your designated region, working closely with Heads of Region and Department Heads to understand and deliver against their differing recruitment needs.
You'll manage a varied caseload, spanning volume and complex recruitment, multi-tasking across a range of roles and stakeholders at any one time. You'll also work closely with our Apprenticeship Manager, helping us identify where roles could be recruited as apprenticeships and build talent for the future.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering an Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding process, from first contact through to onboarding, for all workforce requirements across your designated region.
- Pre-screen and shortlist candidates, arrange and support interviews, and provide detailed feedback to both progressed and rejected candidates.
Partnering With Hiring Managers
- Take role briefings, write adverts, and design attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection methodology, internal and external.
- Coach and support hiring managers, building their confidence and capability in the hiring and interviewing process.
Building Our Talent Pipeline
- Proactively source candidates using a range of methods, working closely with third-party job boards to build effective sourcing campaigns and strategies.
- Work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to identify where roles could be recruited as apprenticeships.
- Use appropriate tools and systems to generate a pipeline of talent for future workforce requirements.

Bringing Insight & Improvement
- Create and compile recruitment reports, tracking KPIs such as time to hire, cost per hire, conversion rate and the ratio of direct to agency hires.
- Provide subject matter expertise on local, regional and national labour market conditions and the competitor landscape.
- Keep up to date with government legislation surrounding recruitment, onboarding, right to work and due diligence.

What We're Looking For
- Significant recruitment experience gained in an RPO, agency or in-house environment; experience of both agency and internal recruitment is ideal.
- Proven experience managing both volume and complex recruitment processes, multi-tasking across a varied caseload of roles and stakeholders.
- Experience owning a designated region and building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience working across different sectors, hiring entry-level through to senior manager roles.
- A sound knowledge of recruitment practices, assessment and selection, and the tools and systems that support them.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple customer groups.
