Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Are you someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys creating a positive candidate experience, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a candidate-first approach. This is an exciting opportunity to work across recruitment operations, technology, reporting, and process improvement while contributing to the attraction and hiring of great talent across the business.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will provide essential operational support across the Talent Acquisition function, helping to create an efficient and seamless recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment colleagues. You will work across multiple systems and processes, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to improvements that enhance service delivery and data quality.

  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and diary management to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment processes including job advertising, requisition administration, approval tracking, and allocation updates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and data, ensuring system information remains reliable and up to date.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and operational insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing, talent community activities, employee referral administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and using technology to support efficient ways of working.

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, HR operations, People Services, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Confidence using technology, digital systems, and reporting tools, with experience of recruitment platforms considered advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience

While not essential, the following experience would help you succeed and broaden your impact in this role. We encourage applications from people with transferable skills and varied career backgrounds, even if you do not meet every requirement.

  • Experience coordinating interviews, candidate engagement activities, or recruitment administration.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or recruitment technology tools.
  • Experience working with recruitment reporting, data analysis, and data quality management.
  • Exposure to talent pooling, recruitment marketing, or employee referral programmes.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, automation, AI, and digital innovation within recruitment.
