The opportunity:
This is a 12-month maternity cover - working full-time, Monday to Friday (essential) - 35 hours a week, based out of Bristol, Hybrid.
This is a pivotal role responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our UK offices. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-impact recruitment strategies that drive the continued success of our fee-earning and support teams across the Group - UK and International.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of specialist wealth management roles - from Investment Managers and Financial Advisors to Paraplanners and IFA Administrators, as well as Group Functions: Legal, Marketing, IT etc; ensuring a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage - roles to mid to senior level.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for defined vacancies and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. The successful individual will take full ownership of recruitment delivery within their assigned areas, working at pace in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience. They will be passionate about delivering an excellent service, contributing to a Talent Acquisition centre of excellence, and consistently following and promoting TA best practice.
The role would suit a recruitment professional with 4+ years' experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-side, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be confident managing recruitment processes independently, working at pace, balancing multiple priorities and maintaining momentum across a varied workload. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for people, continuous improvement and delivering an excellent hiring experience.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and team structures within the Wealth Management division.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing through to offer management and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, and market mapping.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on recruitment best practices to influence hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs and reducing time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and deliver candidate engagement initiatives tailored to the wealth management market.
- Manage agency partnerships strategically, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement in recruitment processes to drive efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes.
- Engage with business managers regularly, building deep understanding of Titan’s services, structure, and priorities to ensure alignment between talent strategy and business goals.
- Coach and upskill hiring managers, providing training on CV screening, interview techniques, and best practice to enhance capability and consistency.
- Support the TA team with improvement projects and mentor less experienced team members to build overall team capability.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and uphold data integrity throughout all recruitment activities.
- Maximise ATS utilisation, exploring innovative ways to improve candidate experience and streamline processes.
- Contribute to broader Titan Wealth initiatives, supporting ad hoc projects as required.
- Provide interview support, including developing collateral (questions, presentation topics), advising on panel selection, and guiding managers on strategic approaches.
- Support with wider Titan projects as and when required
- Support with coaching and guiding more junior members of the team

Requirements:
Essential
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on wealth management
- Proven success in recruiting fee-earning professionals such as Investment Managers, Financial Advisors, and other regulated roles.
- Experience hiring Paraplanners, IFA Administrators, and other support positions within a financial advice or investment management environment, as well as group functions
- Background in both agency and in-house / Talent Acquisition roles, ideally within professional or financial services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms - Lever highly desirable
Desirable
- Strong understanding of the UK wealth management landscape, including regulatory and market nuances.
