Talent Acquisition Partner | Construction & Engineering | up to £60k

Location: Buckinghamshire (5 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join an engineering and construction powerhouse, rapidly expanding. This business delivers outstanding infrastructure projects and needs an ambitious TA expert to power their next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across complex technical, engineering, commercial, and executive vacancies.
  • Strategic Partnering: Work alongside Senior Directors and Project Leaders to forecast hiring needs and execute targeted talent strategies.
  • Proactive Headhunting: Direct-source high-caliber passive talent using advanced sourcing and talent-mapping techniques.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Manage salary benchmarking, negotiations, and closing to secure top-tier candidates seamlessly.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of UK recruitment experience (in-house or agency) specialising in Construction or Civil Engineering, with a clear history of tenure and sustained project success.
  • Outstanding Sourcing Ability: Expert in all standard TA practices, with innovative ideas for filling niche opportunities.
  • Executive Presence: Strong, confident communicator who excels at affecting, swaying and shaping decisions made by the C-suite / senior decision makers, in a fast-moving, project-driven business.

This role is based 5 days a week on site in Buckinghamshire - hybrid working is not offered. Hybrid working will not be offered in the future
