Talent Acquisition Partner
Salary: £40,000 to £45,425 +6% bonus
Working location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 2 days in Office)
Employment type: Full-Time, 12 months fixed term contract (Maternity cover)

Working closely with hiring managers across the organisation, you'll influence recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand. If you enjoy building relationships, thinking creatively and making a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using direct sourcing, networking and social media.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and develop innovative attraction strategies.
- Provide expert recruitment advice and influence hiring decisions.
- Champion our employer brand, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support succession planning and future workforce needs.
- Manage recruitment partners and maximise the value of recruitment technology and sourcing channels.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a busy recruitment environment, either in-house or agency.
- Strong direct sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify and attract talent.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.
- A passion for delivering an inclusive, high-quality recruitment experience.
