Job Description
Your Role: Talent Acquisition Partner 12 FTC
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us find great talent for Global. You’ll work on a real mix of roles across the business, from junior and high-volume hiring to more specialist and senior positions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and People teams, getting to know what they need, helping them find the right people and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience that reflects Global’s culture, values, and employer brand.
This could be a great next step if you’ve built your recruitment experience in an agency and are looking to move in-house. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to grow, take ownership of your roles, and build strong relationships across Global.
This role will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager.
As a Talent Acquisition 12 FTC Partner at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and People Partners, understand their hiring needs, and advise them on the best recruitment approach.
- Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Proactively find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels, particularly for harder-to-fill roles.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Support inclusive hiring by helping to broaden talent pools, challenge bias, and ensure candidates have an equitable opportunity throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience & Recruitment Operations: Deliver a positive candidate experience, keep recruitment data accurate, and help make our processes simple and efficient.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
