Your new role
Hays is excited to be recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a global organisation operating within the engineering and power solutions sector.
As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll be based in the Peterborough office and manage the full recruitment life cycle for Germany, working closely with hiring managers to deliver talent strategies, attract high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and provide market insight to support business growth.
Fluency in German is essential for this role due to regular interaction with German-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage talent using ATS, CRM platforms, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
- Champion excellent candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

About You
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Comfortable using ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies.
- Able to analyse recruitment metrics and workforce data.
- Fluent German speaker (essential).
