💼 About the role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll help Ultralytics scale and build the teams behind the YOLO ecosystem. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles across the UK, China, Spain, and the USA.
You'll partner with global hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, assess candidates, share market insights, and streamline hiring. From machine learning and computer vision recruitment to compensation planning and offer negotiation, you'll deliver a thoughtful candidate experience at every stage.
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter with early-stage experience or specialist agency experience in highly technical hiring. You'll balance urgency with rigorous, values-aligned decisions and help build strong teams.
🚀 What you'll do
Recruiting strategy & execution
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and process design through outreach, negotiation, and close.
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and referrals.
- Recruit technical, AI, machine learning, computer vision, and go-to-market talent across global markets.
Hiring partnership & process
- Advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidate suitability, and current market insights.
- Improve hiring workflows in Ashby, Rippling, and other ATS platforms for speed and rigor.
- Track pipeline health, hiring outcomes, and process efficiency through recruiting analytics.

🧠 Skills and experience
Core requirements
- Experience as an in-house talent partner or specialist agency recruiter.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, and talent pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and recruiting analytics.
- Strong hiring manager partnership, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and compensation planning skills.
- Experience supporting global hiring with speed, rigor, and a positive candidate experience.
Nice to have
- Technical hiring experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision; explore our YOLO documentation and guides.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and hiring metrics.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of employer branding and developer communities, such as the Ultralytics Community.
- Strong alignment with our values and interest in AI and computer vision.
