Talent Acquisition Partner

3-Month Contract | Bath/Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading media organisation as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 3-month contract. Working within a fast-paced and creative environment, you'll play a key role in supporting hiring activity across a broad range of business functions, helping the organisation attract and secure top talent during a busy period of growth and change.

Your new role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Technology and Corporate functions. Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring hiring managers are supported throughout the recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing multiple vacancies across Sales, Marketing, Technology and Corporate business areas.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and create effective attraction strategies.
  • Direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement through a variety of channels.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including briefing meetings, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Providing market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting workforce planning and recruitment reporting activities.
  • Driving recruitment best practice and identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Business Partner.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting across a combination of Sales, Marketing, Technology and Corporate functions.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction capability.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge when required.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within media, digital, publishing, technology or professional services environments would be advantageous.
