What will you be doing?
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of positions from sign-off to offer stage
- Growing and developing strong, meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Trusted as the subject matter expert for everything recruitment-related, proactively sharing industry knowledge and insight
- Coaching, supporting, and advising leaders across the business in best practice recruitment
- Assisting and leading projects in the development of our employer branding strategy, external candidate attraction, DEI, and platforms that increase efficiency, strengthen candidate experience, and help us engage with the best talent
Minimum Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have previous recruitment experience within the PR, Digital, or Creative industries.
Ideal Experience Required
- Proven experience of owning the end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent network, ideally with experience in recruiting one or more of the following areas; digital and social media, creative, design, or production
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience with the ability to effectively influence
- Self-motivated and the ability to use your own initiative; you’ll be someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Strong technical recruiting skills including using AI tools safely and critically in a work setting
- Desirable if you have also owned both permanent and contract recruitment
