We’re ambitious, innovative and growing. We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with 3–6 years’ experience to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis.

Our clients engage with us during times of peak demand, change and transformation. You’ll work with some of the fastest-growing management consultancies and advisory firms in the UK and internationally, helping them solve complex recruitment challenges.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–6 years’ in-house talent acquisition experience within professional services, consulting or advisory
  • A relationship-builder and active networker who enjoys speaking to people and earning their trust
  • Someone driven, curious and eager to develop their TA career in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment
  • A resilient, positive person who is motivated by individual and team success
  • A self-starter who is comfortable taking responsibility and wants to progress quickly
  • Someone committed to doing the right thing for clients and candidates, always
