A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Siemens Energy, you will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire the talent needed to support our Gas Services business. You will manage recruitment activity across your assigned area, building a strong understanding of the roles, skills and talent markets you support.

You will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring demand and developing sourcing strategies through candidate assessment, stakeholder management and offer delivery. A key part of the role will be proactively identifying talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and wider community connections, particularly across manufacturing, skilled labour and high-volume recruitment.

You will also help drive consistency and performance across recruitment activity, using data and recruitment metrics to identify risks, improve processes and ensure both candidates and hiring managers receive a high-quality service.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring demand, role requirements and the wider strategic objectives of your assigned business area.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through Avature, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination and offer processing.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, job advertising and relevant community or educational partnerships.
  • Build knowledge of your specialist talent markets, developing candidate pipelines and ensuring inclusive and diverse candidate pools across assigned vacancies.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), including time-to-fill and pipeline health, prioritising workload and addressing risks that could impact delivery or candidate experience.
  • Coach hiring managers and HR colleagues on recruitment processes and systems, while identifying opportunities to standardise and continuously improve recruitment practices across the wider Talent Acquisition function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
