Role Purpose:
Own and deliver a proactive, consistent, end to end talent acquisition service across AMS Group. The role partners with hiring managers to define requirements, reach and assess high quality candidates, and make sound hiring decisions at pace. It protects recruitment governance and candidate experience, maintains accurate real time data and uses insight to improve quality, retention, cost and time to hire, while reducing unnecessary reliance on agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across AMS divisions and offices.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment plans.
- Create engaging job adverts and attraction strategies.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and headhunting.
- Screen candidates and deliver high-quality shortlists.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and support fair, evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding handovers.
- Build and manage agency and supplier relationships.
- Maintain recruitment data, reporting and hiring insights.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and technology.
- Promote internal mobility, employee referrals and best practice hiring.

Key Relationships:
- Internal: Head of People and Culture, People Partners, Hiring Managers, Heads of Division, Finance & Marketing.
- External: Candidates, recruitment agencies and other preferred suppliers, job boards & professional networks.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including senior hires.
- Ability to partner and influence hiring managers.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies and suppliers.
- Background in professional or financial services desirable.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment systems and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of candidate assessment and selection methods.
- Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and best practice.
- Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analysis skills.
- Confident using AI and recruitment technology.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion.
- CIPD, REC or Talent Acquisition qualifications desirable.
