Talent Acquisition Partner (Legal Sector)

6 Month Contract
Up to £60k
Forward Role are currently supporting one of our global clients in the legal sector and are sourcing a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a six month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based remotely with occasional travel.
About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the recruitment process in dedicated areas, working closely with hiring managers to bring in legal talent at pace and quality. You'll manage the full process from brief through to offer, and you'll be trusted to run it without heavy oversight.

What We're Looking For
- Proven Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment experience, ideally within legal or professional services
- Comfortable managing multiple live roles at once
- Confident advising hiring managers on market conditions and pipeline strategy
- Happy working remotely with the flexibility to travel occasionally to sites when needed
- Available to start on a six month contract basis
