Our client, a growing digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support the continued expansion of its multidisciplinary technology teams.

Working as a trusted adviser to hiring stakeholders, the successful candidate will use market insight, targeted sourcing, and recruitment data to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a technology recruitment professional with experience of consultancy or agency environments and a strong understanding of modern digital delivery.

  • Source and engage specialist candidates using a range of direct and passive recruitment methods.
  • Build pipelines for appointments ranging from mid-level to principal.
  • Advise hiring stakeholders using recruitment data, market intelligence, and talent insights.
  • Develop sourcing strategies suited to the requirements of different digital disciplines.
  • Coordinate inclusive and rigorous interview and assessment processes.

  • Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate feedback and maintain effective communication between applicants and hiring teams.
  • Identify professionals who combine technical expertise with the communication and stakeholder skills required in consultancy.
  • Manage offer processes and negotiations across different levels of seniority.
  • Explain the organisation’s employee proposition and the impact of its digital transformation work.

  • Support the growth of multidisciplinary consulting teams for public and private-sector client work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
