Role Overview

This role is a 6 months contract, our offices are in Hammersmith, Central London and require to be in the office 3 days per week

Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner with primary focus will be European markets, you will execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple global locations
  • Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Brings new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow
  • Uses social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates
  • Executes candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role
  • Knowledge of French, Italian, Bulgarian or Greek would be an advantage but not a criteria for the role.
  • Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required
  • Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills
  • A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
  • Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required
