Talent Partner x2

12-Month Initial Contract | Fully Remote | Occasional Travel to Sites Across Fife

We're supporting a leading health services organisation in the appointment of two Talent Partners to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-volume recruitment across contact centre operations. Working closely with hiring managers and operational leaders, you'll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talented customer service professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume contact centre vacancies
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
  • Developing effective attraction and sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Using recruitment data and insights to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruiter
  • A proven background in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Experience recruiting for contact centre, customer service, or operational roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining quality and pace
