ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector. The core service has been developed in collaboration with IBM, the original innovators in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and still one of the world’s leaders in continually developing this technology. ADVANCE®AI provides pharma leaders everyday visibility of the quality of the conversations taking place between their field-based teams and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). This everyday visibility is provided on KPI dashboards that are updated daily in real-time. Data is collected using AI, with Human-in-the-Loop QC and Subject Matter Expertise, to observe and record the conversations, which is converted into data that provides invaluable insights on campaign execution, selling skills deployment and evolution in call outcome.
Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 month FTC
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in-house, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. Alongside delivering high-quality hires, you will help us establish and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes, ways of working and candidate experience as we grow.
You will recruit across a diverse range of functions, including Customer Enablement and Onboarding, Engineering, Operations and other business-critical roles. Experience recruiting within SaaS, technology, medical or pharmaceutical environments will be particularly valuable.
The successful candidate will combine strong recruitment delivery skills with a process-oriented mindset, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Alongside the Head of HR and Culture deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from role definition and sourcing through to offer and handover into onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilise direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partners where required, ensuring effective use of external suppliers.
- Recruit across a diverse range of functions, including Engineering, Operations, Customer Enablement, Customer Onboarding and other business-critical areas.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the acquisition and onboarding of our small Graduate intake and look at other early talent opportunities.

Talent Acquisition Process & Infrastructure
- Help establish and continuously improve Advance AI's Talent Acquisition processes and ways of working.
- Review the end-to-end recruitment journey and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Establish appropriate recruitment workflows, documentation, interview processes and hiring-manager guidance.
- Support the development and consistent use of recruitment policies and standards.
- Ensure recruitment processes are scalable and appropriate for a growing organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the use of recruitment technology, systems and data.
- In time develop and maintain appropriate Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, including pipeline activity, time-to-hire, source effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Act as a recruitment subject matter expert, providing advice and challenge where appropriate.
- Support hiring managers to define clear role requirements, competencies and assessment criteria.
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate assessment and recruitment best practice.
- Ensure a joined-up approach across recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and talent communities beyond immediate hiring requirements.
- Support initiatives that strengthen Advance AI's ability to attract specialist and hard-to-find talent.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an in-house Talent Acquisition / Recruitment environment.
- Proven experience of working as sole main point of contact with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high workload.
- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Demonstrable experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience of recruiting in a technology, SaaS, medical, pharmaceutical or similarly technical/regulated environment.
- Experience recruiting across a combination of technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Experience hiring within areas such as Engineering, Operations, Customer Enablement, Customer Onboarding or similar functions.
- Demonstrable experience of building, implementing or improving Talent Acquisition processes.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability.
- Good understanding of global talent markets particularly in Europe, US and UK.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies and external suppliers where appropriate.
DESIRABLE
- Experience working within a scaling or high-growth organisation.
- Experience recruiting within a regulated environment.
- Experience implementing or improving an ATS or other recruitment technology.
- Experience developing recruitment metrics, reporting and data-led hiring processes.
- Experience supporting employer branding or talent attraction initiatives.
