About the Company

This is an opportunity to join an organisation where talent is viewed as a long-term business priority.

About the Role

Talent Acquisition Partner
£40,000 per annum
Hybrid – Bedford Full time, Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

Are you an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional who is ready to have a wider impact than simply filling vacancies? As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand their current challenges, anticipate future capability requirements and develop effective approaches to attracting the right people. You’ll combine hands-on recruitment expertise with a more strategic approach, using your understanding of the market, candidate behaviour and recruitment data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll take ownership of a broad range of talent acquisition activity, with particular focus on building stronger pipelines, improving attraction strategies and helping managers recruit inclusively and effectively.
  • Working alongside senior leaders and managers to understand organisational priorities, workforce plans and emerging skills requirements.
  • Creating targeted sourcing and attraction approaches for specialist, niche and difficult-to-recruit positions.
  • Establishing and maintaining high-quality talent pools, professional networks and external relationships to support longer-term recruitment needs.
  • Advising and coaching hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including on objective, consistent and inclusive selection.
  • Analysing recruitment metrics and external labour-market information to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to a positive recruitment journey, ensuring candidates receive a professional, accessible and engaging experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve systems and introduce more effective ways of working.
  • Supporting the continued development of the organisation’s employer proposition and approach to attracting talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • The ability to establish credibility quickly and constructively influence managers and senior stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of recruitment markets, talent pipelines and the factors that influence candidate attraction.
