Talent Acquisition Partner (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract & 6 month FTC)

Location: Flexible / Hybrid (1–2 days per week in the office, with requirement to attend recruitment events/sites across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Wiltshire)

Working Pattern: Full-time (Flexible working options available)

Contract Type: 2 Fixed-Term roles available (12 Months and a 6 month contract)

Are you an experienced, results driven recruiter with the gravitas to influence stakeholders and the ability to lead others? Following a recent team restructure to create a more modern, commercial, and automated resourcing service, we are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a colleague’s career break. The other FTC is to cover a period of short term acting up.

Reporting directly to a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, these roles offer a mix of strategic candidate sourcing and team leadership. You will manage a high volume portfolio featuring complex, senior, and hard to fill clinical and administrative vacancies, while serving as a mentor and operational supervisor to one to two Talent Acquisition Officers.

If you are an accomplished recruiter (from either an agency or in-house background) who thrives on solving tough hiring challenges, challenging the status quo, and developing junior talent, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Please note Interviews will take place via Teams on the 25th or 26th August

Responsibilities

As a Band 5 Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a senior recruitment specialist and leader within our resourcing function. Your main responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
