This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about attracting the very best talent.

You'll be responsible for supporting critical frontline workforce recruitment, alongside broader hiring needs across the organisation, ensuring the right people are identified, engaged and hired to drive business success.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and operational hiring areas.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies to improve candidate reach and engagement.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • Analyse recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate attraction channel performance, measuring effectiveness and ROI to optimise recruitment spend.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence and evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Leverage recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation's talent proposition.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and attraction outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
