You will be joining a collaborative and people-focused Talent Acquisition team that plays a critical role in attracting and hiring great talent across the business. We partner closely with leaders, HR colleagues, and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. Together, we focus on building talent pipelines, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and helping shape the future workforce of the organisation.

The Difference you will make

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Commercial, Creative and Tech functions, managing multiple vacancies while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Over this 6 month contract, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening talent pipelines, and continuously improving recruitment outcomes.

Your role

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide recruitment expertise, interview guidance and market insight.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Using ATS and sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and engagement activity.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver hiring plans and projects.
  • Supporting and promoting inclusive recruitment practices throughout the hiring process.
  • Analysing recruitment data and reporting on hiring performance and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

The Skills you will bring

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups.
  • A passion for people, recruitment, and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to use recruitment data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a full-time, 6 month fixed-term contract working on a hybrid basis from either our Manchester, Peterborough or London office.
