Talent Partner – Recruitment

πŸ“ Hybrid (1–2 days in office) | πŸ’° Base + Monthly Commission

We're looking for a Talent Partner to join Summit and take ownership of sourcing, engaging and placing high-performing sales professionals and fee earners for a portfolio of growing, ambitious businesses.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder, in a business built on flexibility, trust and genuine autonomy. There's no micromanagement here, and no rigid KPIs dictating how you spend your day, you'll be judged on outcomes, not activity metrics. You'll be given the space and trust to run your own desk exactly how you see fit, with the backing and support to do it properly. This is a genuinely autonomous, high-trust role. You'll be running your own desk end-to-end mapping the market, identifying top performers, building direct relationships with passive talent, and managing the full process from first approach through to offer and placement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-calibre sales and fee-earning talent
  • Building direct relationships with passive candidates who aren't actively looking
  • Managing your own pipeline and process, from first conversation to placement
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and direct outreach to build a genuine market map
  • Assessing candidates rigorously; on capability, motivation and long-term fit, not just CV headlines
  • Building credibility quickly with experienced, commercially switched-on people who've heard every pitch before

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys working independently; you won't be sitting in a noisy sales floor with someone checking your call count. But independence doesn't mean isolation: you'll still need to be coachable, open to feedback, and comfortable collaborating as part of a wider team when it counts.
