YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Operations), you'll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across all markets to find exceptional talent across operations, policy, and other commercial functions — roles that are central to our continued growth and success. In this role you'll report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition and join a high-performing team working continuously to drive improvements and leverage AI to hire smarter, faster, and reduce busywork. This will include:

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate market trends
  • Owning and driving the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Sourcing directly and building diverse candidate pipelines proactively
  • Managing candidate communication and delivering a stellar candidate experience at every stage
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, continuously strengthening our hiring practices and leveraging AI tools (e.g. Claude) to work smarter
  • Contributing to relevant projects and OKRs alongside the wider People & Culture function
  • Leading by example and contributing to a strong culture as a member of the People & Culture team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for an ambitious and collaborative people person, with a clear ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced international environment. We believe the right person has:

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for specialist positions spanning operations, public affairs, commercial or similar, ideally in-house at a fast-growing scaleup
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Skill in different search and sourcing techniques, and a knack for finding talent outside the obvious places
  • A genuine curiosity for AI and new tools, and the drive to actually use them to make our hiring sharper
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects at once, prioritising effectively without losing your sense of humour
  • Experience networking with talent communities and contributing to employer branding initiatives that position Voi as an employer of choice
