Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who wants to influence more than the next hire?
We’re looking for a confident and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to help bpha attract the people and skills we need, both now and for the future. You’ll partner with leaders and managers, bringing expert advice, market insight and constructive challenge to help them make informed, inclusive hiring decisions.
This is a varied and influential role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. From developing attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles and building sustainable talent pipelines, to strengthening our employer brand and improving candidate experience, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we attract talent across bpha.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with leaders and managers to understand workforce priorities and future talent needs
- Developing creative attraction and sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
- Building diverse talent pipelines and relationships with external networks and talent communities
- Coaching managers to make fair, objective and evidence-based hiring decisions
- Using recruitment data and labour-market insight to improve performance and inform workforce planning
- Championing an inclusive, accessible and engaging experience for every candidate
- Leading improvements to recruitment processes, systems and ways of working

- Have strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment partnering or strategic resourcing
- Can build trusted relationships and confidently influence senior stakeholders
- Understand sourcing, attraction, assessment and talent-pipeline development
- Are comfortable using data and market insight to shape recommendations
- Care about inclusive hiring and delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Enjoy taking ownership, challenging established thinking and finding better ways to recruit
