Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment and has a proven track record of managing large hiring pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers, ensuring process compliance, and driving hiring outcomes across multiple functions and regions. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business functions and regions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning needs, and recruitment priorities.
- Source, screen, assess, and manage high volumes of candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain strong pipeline management practices and ensure timely movement of candidates through recruiting stages.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, documentation standards, and data integrity processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
- Support recruitment projects and initiatives based on evolving business requirements.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Cantonese speaking ability is must to have.
- Proven experience in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and large applicant volumes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding support.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
