About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Partner with deep expertise in data center and construction recruitment to fulfil end-to-end hiring across critical functions. This role will focus on building teams across the data center lifecycle - including site development, design, planning, cost, project management and operations.

You’ll act as a strategic partner across Data Center, MEP, and Construction Delivery, owning hiring plans, market mapping, and delivery across specialist roles.

This is a hands-on role, you will personally run numerous high-impact searches concurrently, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight, and help build a world-class hiring bar.

What you'll be doing

  • Own hiring delivery across EMEA Data Center (e.g. Site Development, Design, MEP, Construction, Commissioning, Operations).
  • Run full-cycle recruiting from intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment design, interview process, offer management, and closing.
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche profiles including MEP, construction project managers, commissioning specialists, commercial, planning, and data center operators.
  • Build and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Bring market intelligence on talent — including compensation trends, competitor mapping, and realistic time-to-fill expectations across infrastructure and technical markets.
  • Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across both corporate and site-based functions.
  • Improve structured interviewing and selection quality (clear competencies, calibrated scorecards, consistent debriefs).
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience — timely, transparent, and high-touch where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
