Our client, an international business operating in the data centre sector, is building a new in-house Talent Acquisition function and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its London team.

The Opportunity

Based on-site and reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Your searches will span data centre development, construction, engineering, project delivery and corporate functions.

This is not a traditional in-house recruitment role. It combines the pace, ownership and proactive headhunting of an executive search firm with the access and influence that come from working directly within the business. You will manage searches from initial briefing to accepted offer, build specialist talent pipelines and advise hiring managers operating in competitive international markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and international markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape candidate profiles and agree effective search strategies.
  • Identify and engage passive talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and referrals.
  • Interview and assess candidates, presenting clear and well-informed recommendations.
  • Manage the recruitment process through interviews, feedback, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
  • Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the data centre lifecycle.
  • Provide insight into talent availability, compensation and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver a professional candidate experience.
  • Help establish practical recruitment processes, tools and ways of working for the new department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

You will bring experience from Talent Acquisition, recruitment or executive search, together with strong direct-sourcing and candidate-engagement skills. You should be comfortable managing several searches at once and confident partnering with hiring managers at different levels.

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • The confidence to advise, influence and appropriately challenge hiring managers.
  • Sound judgement when assessing candidates and managing recruitment processes.
  • The organisation and urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in international talent markets and specialist recruitment.

Experience recruiting across data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or real estate development is essential. Exposure to international recruitment or technical and project-based roles would also be advantageous.

Why Join?

This is a genuinely global opportunity, with responsibility for hiring across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will gain exposure to a variety of specialist and business-critical searches within the expanding data centre sector.

You will be joining at the formation stage of a new Talent Acquisition department, giving you the opportunity to help shape its processes, sourcing strategies and approach to the market. Rather than stepping into a fixed structure, you will have the freedom to contribute ideas and build something for the long term.

For recruiters from executive search or agency backgrounds, the role offers the pace, variety and headhunting focus you are used to—combined with closer access to decision-makers and the opportunity to see the long-term impact of your hires.

The position offers an attractive compensation package together with an annual performance-related bonus.
