About The Team

Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team is at the centre of SumUp's growth across Europe, responsible for building the sales force that puts SumUp's tools into the hands of small businesses at scale. We work at pace β€” managing high-volume hiring funnels across multiple markets, partnering closely with sales leaders, sourcers, and trainers to hit ambitious onboarding targets every month. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of a full recruitment funnel, where your work has a direct and visible impact on business growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for Field Sales in Dutch-speaking markets β€” from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding
  • Conduct structured candidate screening calls and keep a strong pipeline moving to consistently hit monthly onboarding targets
  • Review funnel data regularly to identify drop-off points and adjust sourcing or outreach strategies to improve conversion
  • Work with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and keep job ads active and visible across platforms
  • Share market insights with the wider team and contribute to knowledge-sharing that improves overall hiring performance

You'll be great for this role if…

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to engage and sell to candidates, with the follow-up discipline to drive pipeline to close.
  • Comfortable working with ATS tools (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms, with solid outbound search skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-tempo, target-driven environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
