Company Description

TTP is an employee-owned technology and product development consultancy, with a 40-year track record of helping ambitious clients solve complex challenges and bring innovative, commercially successful solutions to market.

We invent, design, and manufacture impactful products and technologies across a wide range of industries – including healthcare, life science, energy, and communications – and at the intersection of biology, physical science and engineering.

Our working culture encourages entrepreneurship, shared ideas and technical collaboration, while providing you with the freedom to do your best work.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TTP, you’ll help us find and hire exceptional people across a diverse mix of technical, commercial, and operational roles. Success here is less about volume and more about judgement, curiosity and finding the right person.

You’ll own hiring end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand what their teams really need, shape effective hiring approaches and deliver an excellent experience for candidates.

We’re looking for someone with strong recruitment instincts and a thoughtful, hands-on approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
